Target Store Support Ticket

On-line orders, in-store refunds - 3 separate items, none of which worked

Product: 3 separate items, none of which worked

Problem with on-line orders: no receipts, and no way to get a said I had never ordered anything!! Even though I had the items, the shipping box with my name and their return address, as well as my credit card bill with charges from Target, it still took over an hour of discussion and waiting (and my getting quite irritated) to get a refund in a Target Store .

The manager was great, but she should have been able to make the refund immediately, given the circumstances. I don't know if she was afraid to take that step without permission, or if that is the general attitude of Target Stores toward customers. I do know that I couldn't find a way to make the complaint directly on the web site...
